Is it legal to sell/purchase a novelty I.D.?
In most areas it is legal to sell or purchase a novelty I.D. for entertainment purposes or to display/collect within one's home. To be safe, please check the laws concerning novelty I.D.'s in your area.

What type and size of photo should I send?
The better the photo, the better the ID. It is important to send a clear, well-lit and focused photo. Webcam, digital camera images, or scanned 35 mm/Polaroid/passport photos all work fine. Your head should be approximately 1" x 1" in size or larger. DO NOT cut or crop the photo to size, we will work on your photo for you and fit it to the ID. If you send us a poor-quality photo, you will end up ruining an otherwise high-quality ID. NO blurry vacation photos or odd-angled shots.

Can I send a digital image file instead of a traditional photo?
Can I email you my order?
Yes, we readily accept digital images.

You may include them on a diskette, CD or DVD with your mail-in order.

Or, you can email your details to therealfakeid@yahoo.com with your attached photo & signature. Be sure to include your email address along with your mail-in payment, so we can correlate between your order and payment.

Along with your order form, you can include an image file in any standard PC or Mac file format, including (but not limited to: JPEG/JPG/JIF, BMP, TIF/TIFF, PSD, PSP, PCD, PCT, GIF). We recommend 24 bit color, 300 dpi.

Once again - the better the photo, the better your ID.

Do I have to have a blue background? What can I do if I want a blue background?
You do NOT have to have a blue background. Some states have standardized background colors other than blue. The majority of the fake ID's we process do not have a blue back. We WILL change the background color if necessary, though you must indicate this on your order form.

How long does it take to get my ID?
Upon receiving your order, we process your order, manufacture your ID, and mail it within 3 days. It will normally be in your wallet seven days later. Using some of our express mailing services you can receive your novelty ID even faster. Please realize that sometimes we receive massive amounts of orders causing us to run behind our normal schedule. When this occurs it causes us not to be able to fill the orders as fast.

When one of our customers needed an ID, fast, he over-nighted his order to us and we over-nighted him the new novelty ID that same day. He received his ID in less than 25 hours, total time! (This is just one case)

Do I have to sign for my I.D. when it arrives?
No. We ship via first class mail to avoid any paper trail. Most of our customers seem to prefer the anonymity of regular mail, even if it does mean waiting an extra day or two.

How will my I.D. be packaged when it arrives?
To protect you privacy, we mail your novelty ID in a plain standard (legal size) envelope with no markings other than your mailing address and postage. If you have paid for rush shipping, your package will arrive in an ExpressPost cardboard courier pack.

If you have any special requests for the mailing of your fake ID, just let us know in the "Additional Info:" field of your order form, and we will be more than happy to accommodate you.

Do you guarantee your work? What if there's a problem with my order?
Yes, of course we have a satisfaction guarantee. When you buy from RealFakeID.com we guarantee your order will be made and shipped in 3 working days starting on the day we begin processing your order -- or your order is free!

If we make a mistake on your novelty I.D. or if it should contain a defect, we will gladly replace it, free of charge, if you return it to us in it's original condition within 30 days of purchase. We will not issue replacements for mistakes made on the part of the purchaser, so please be sure that all of your information is correct.

This does not apply to orders where you do not send in all the information needed to complete your order. By chance we need additional information, we will email you and the ID production period will begin from the time your email is sent back to us.

In addition, the above also does not apply to group orders of four or more. Those orders we guarantee shipment within four working days.

We are confident about our quality and want you to be too. Your satisfaction is priority #1, and if you are not satisfied with our quality for any reason simply cut your novelty id up in 3 pieces, scan a picture of it, and email it to us within 3 days of receiving it. We will refund your purchase in full with NO questions asked within 24 hours.
