Satisfaction Guarantee
When you buy from RealFakeID.com we guarantee your order will be shipped within three working days after your order is processed or your order is free.
This does not apply to orders where you do not send in all the information needed to complete your order. By chance we need additional information, we will email you and the one working day period will begin from the time your email is sent back to us.
In addition, the above does not apply to group orders. If making a group order, you can expect a shipping delay of up to 1 day longer for each card, in addition to the 2 days allowance after your order is processed.
We are confident about our quality and want you to be too. Your satisfaction is priority #1, and if we do not meet up to the terms as defined in our Novelty ID Terms of Service, we will refund your full purchase price.
